UCSD Employee Agreement – Electronic Communications Resources

Before using OEC deployed computer equipment, you must sign an agreement stating that

1. equipment use will be limited to University business and only incidental personal use

2. any records related to the equipment are the property of the University

3. employee will reimburse the University for any personal use that results in incremental cost to the University

4. employee will be careful with the equipment and safeguard the equipment and any data on it

5. employee will return the equipment when appropriate
